The selection criteria of the diaphragm are repetitive vertical load, the durability against the oil and heat generation, optimal replacement period and the cost.
The existing HNBR has a high mechanical sensitivity, an excellent oil resistance n high and low temperature, and superior stability for heat and oxidation reaction.
However, the product lifespans last 3 months so that it costs much of replacement with often cycles.
